Far off the Brazilian coast, surrounded by infinite blue and green seas, the tiny arquipelago of Fernando de Noronha struggles against the winds of the Atlantic. Its volcanic nature gives its pristine beaches a wild, almost Jurassic feel. Under the water, giant turtles cruise graze peacefully… Across the chunk of land, an airstrip and Brazil's shortest national road ; the remnants of an old fort ; and at the tip of the island, a bizarre artist's residence.
